JEDI works long term with Buyer Clients in product search, product development, production supervision and quality assurance. Buyer Clients comprise retailers, wholesalers, importers, professional designers, brand owners, business starters and established businesses worldwide.

Producer Clients

We work long term with Artisan Producer Clients in northern Thailand in terms of providing direct customer service, marketing, promotion, sales, quality assurance, and after-sales service. For some of our Artisan Clients this also involves product development, process development, quality assurance, and shipping.

Our Producer Clients portfolio consists of artisan craftsmasters hand producing educational wooden games and puzzles, mango wood kitchen & decor items, wire art craft, greeting cards, traditional silverware, jade fashion accessories, decorative twig pencils, original artist paintings, bamboo parasols and umbrellas, bamboo folding hand fans, naturally grown white, brown and germinated rice. All our Artisan Clients are in a position to modify, innovate and create items according to buyer needs.
